Anyone who gets sick or injured in Sylvanian Village visits the mother of the Persian Cat Family, who is a doctor. The doctor is examining patients who lie down on the couch. At the desk, the patient receives a diagnosis. If there is a fracture, the doctor puts on a cast and the patient leaves the doctor's office on crutches or in a wheelchair. In other cases, an injection or medication helps. In the doctor's case, everything is carefully prepared for home visits.
